It seemed like a common fact of driving life and common phrase to describe a tedious task. Apparently in Portland (and other places in the US) it’s also grounds for a ticket.

“Bogus!” sez I, “bogus bogus BOGUS!”
“That’ll be $35,” says the City of Portland.

Curious if anyone else knew that this was a ticketible offense.
